Sessions are conducted remotely by two certified practitioners working together within the Spirit Release Academy framework:

• A certified Medium facilitates the connection process and clearing work

• A certified Facilitator guides the session protocol, maintains structure and energetic boundaries, and documents the findings

During a session, the energetic condition of the property is assessed through the Remote Spirit Release process to identify disturbances, imprints, or non-beneficial influences affecting the space. Depending on the findings, this may include the clearing of:

• Energetic attachments or residual imprints

• Negative cords or energetic connections

• Residual emotional or environmental disturbances

• Energetic openings or structural distortions within the property’s subtle fields

• Conscious energetic presences affecting the coherence of the environment

• Other non-beneficial energetic influences impacting the balance and stability of the space

Following the clearing, the property is reviewed for energetic stabilization, restoration, and protection. Recommendations may also be provided to support the ongoing energetic health and maintenance of the environment.

Property clearings are commonly requested for:

• Homes that feel heavy, unsettled, or emotionally draining

• Spaces experiencing repeated conflict, disruption, or stagnation

• Properties undergoing transition, renovation, sale, or new occupancy

• Offices or businesses with ongoing tension or instability

• Land or structures with a difficult or unknown history

Sessions are conducted remotely and do not require the client to be present at the property during the clearing.
